For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

I was a bit perplexed at first as I wasn't aware it was electrical stimulation device. This device has a charger and is not battery powered. Somewhat like a neck tens unit. The stimulation settings are adjustable. Beware skin moisture on higher settings as the impulses can really grab your neck muscles. While it doesn't hurt your head may jerk awkwardly if the stimulation pads surface is wet or perspiration and you will get a neck shock and rock. Sort of a bobble head motion. It works great if your settings are on point. Just a heads up of my experience with the device. I use it regularly and it is a must have for neck tension and pain.
